Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and provide valuable input for store development initiatives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize store performance
- Manage, motivate, and develop store staff to maintain high standards of customer service
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize losses
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to create an attractive shopping environment
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Prepare regular reports on store performance, sales trends, and operational metrics
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail supervision or management role (minimum 2 years)
- Strong sales background with proven track record of meeting targets
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Proficiency in relevant retail software and point-of-sale systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
