Tanggung Jawab
- Drive Sales Performance: Lead the sales team to consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and coach staff members to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Customer Experience: Ensure the highest standards of customer service by handling inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain the store's visual standards and ensure all merchandise is displayed attractively according to brand guidelines.
- Operations Management: Oversee inventory control, stock counts, and minimize shrinkage to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports and provide strategic input to store management regarding store development and improvement.
- Staff Management: Manage staff schedules, breaks, and performance evaluations to ensure smooth store operations.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a diverse team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is a plus.
- Passion: Strong interest in the fashion and retail industry.
