Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and manage merchandise display.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with regional management to implement sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and store standards.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated passion for technology and Apple products is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
