Asticom is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to lead a retail team in the Laoag/Bacarra area. This is a contract role offering a competitive monthly salary of ₱25,000–₱26,000. As a Store Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind store performance—overseeing daily operations, mentoring associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the store team to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly resolve any complaints
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct regular audits
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance product knowledge and selling skills
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising align with brand standards
- Manage cash handling procedures, including deposits and reconciliations
- Prepare accurate sales reports and provide actionable feedback to management
- Enforce company policies and maintain a safe, compliant work environment
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of retail supervisory or team leadership experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and Filipino)
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Willingness to be assigned in Laoag/Bacarra, Ilocos Norte
