Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure accurate stock availability.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that reflects the Asticom brand.
- Assist in the preparation of work schedules and performance evaluations for store staff.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail supervisory or management roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software is a plus.
- Must be willing to work in Luisita, Tarlac.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
