Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and store maintenance.
- Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Lead, coach, and mentor store personnel to ensure high morale and consistent delivery of superior customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, ensure accurate stock records, and coordinate with the warehouse for seamless replenishment.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are strictly implemented in line with company brand guidelines.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, ensuring timely resolution to maintain brand reputation.
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
- Strong background in sales, marketing, and operational management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and basic point-of-sale systems.
- Resilient, highly motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
