- Lead and motivate retail teams to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction standards
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling
- Implement company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with retail regulations
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service protocols
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product replenishment and promotions
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly while maintaining positive relationships
- Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide constructive feedback for performance improvement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in supervisory/leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs in retail environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to lead diverse teams
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale operations
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Basic knowledge of retail analytics and performance reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business/Retail Management preferred
