Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and cash management
- Lead and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and service standards
- Implement visual merchandising and inventory management best practices
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge and customer service protocols
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations with professionalism
Kualifikasi
- 2+ years of retail or food service supervisory experience
- Proven leadership skills with team development capabilities
- Strong inventory management and point-of-system proficiency
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic coffee industry knowledge or willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Resilience in high-pressure retail environments
