Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all day-to-day sales, marketing, and operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff to maximize productivity, customer service, and team morale.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure proper product display and merchandising.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and identify training needs for team members.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and financial records to identify opportunities for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail, preferably in electronics or appliances.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic inventory management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
