Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales staff to exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and conduct regular audits to minimize shrinkage.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complex customer inquiries or complaints promptly.
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for regional management.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth product delivery and display merchandising.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
  • Proven work experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity within Retail, Department Stores, or Supermarkets.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory control and cash management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and retail management software.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required by the retail cycle.
  • High level of integrity, professional demeanor, and a customer-centric mindset.
