As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of sales associates, motivating them to exceed sales targets, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness. You will act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and conflict resolution, ensuring that every client leaves satisfied. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and manage stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
- Assist in implementing promotional strategies and sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Perform daily cash handling tasks and reconcile sales reports accurately.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications (Excel, Word).
