As a Store Supervisor, you will be the heart of our store operations. You will lead a talented team of baristas, ensure the highest standards of coffee quality, and create an exceptional customer experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and brand compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve service and sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, tracking, and waste reduction.
- Ensure that all beverages are prepared to PICKUP COFFEE quality standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related concerns with professionalism.
- Monitor cash management and generate accurate daily sales and inventory reports.
- Maintain equipment maintenance schedules and report technical issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the retail, food, or coffee industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive work ethic.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office.
- Passion for coffee and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- High School Graduate, Vocational Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree holder.
