Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including sales, marketing, and administrative functions
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Lead, train, and motivate retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management review
- Coordinate promotional activities and visual merchandising to drive foot traffic
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and retail regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expert knowledge of inventory control and retail operations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
