- Lead and motivate retail teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Train and develop store associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss prevention protocols, and visual merchandising guidelines
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations with professionalism and brand-aligned solutions
- Collaborate with regional management on store performance analysis and improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with 1+ years in supervisory or team leadership role
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets in premium or luxury retail environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to train, mentor, and inspire diverse teams
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail POS technology
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities with customer-centric approach
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for footwear retail and understanding of luxury product dynamics
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification preferred
