As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, driving sales targets, and maintaining the visual merchandising standards that our brand is known for. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and stock maintenance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate retail staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze store sales data to drive performance and reach monthly revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Uphold brand standards by conducting regular visual merchandising audits and floor checks.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
- Coordinate with regional management regarding inventory replenishment and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a retail supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic inventory software.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail schedule.
- Customer-centric mindset with a deep passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
