- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Drive exceptional customer service standards through staff coaching and in-store experience optimization
- Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue and customer engagement
- Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and training programs for skill development
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements

Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as Store Supervisor or Assistant Manager in retail footwear or apparel sector
- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated team management and coaching skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation with conflict resolution expertise
- Proficiency in retail operations: inventory control, visual merchandising, and POS systems
