Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily store operations to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of baristas to maintain brand standards and service excellence.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock to minimize waste.
- Handle cash management, including daily sales reporting and bank deposits.
- Ensure the store complies with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain the store's physical appearance and equipment functionality through regular inspections.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the F&B, Retail, or Hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Hiligaynon, Filipino, and English.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and motivating a team.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office (Excel), and inventory management software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Residency in Roxas City or neighboring municipalities in Capiz is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, HRM, or a related field is an advantage.
