Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring the facility is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and coordinating with the supply chain for timely replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to improve overall store performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Perform cash handling duties accurately and maintain daily sales records.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role within the consumer products sector.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
