Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and supervise store associates to deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Manage inventory control, merchandising, and store operations
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and build client relationships
- Monitor store metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for inventory replenishment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years retail/supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of home appliance products preferred
- Proficient in retail management systems and POS operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
