Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Store Manager in daily operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Oversee customer service standards and resolve escalations with professionalism
- Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve KPIs
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely product replenishment
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience, preferably in toy/consumer goods sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven coaching ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and POS operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
