Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless and efficient customer shopping experience.
- Manage and supervise a team of sales associates, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Ensure visual merchandising displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and process returns efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Analyze daily sales reports and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct regular store cleanliness checks and safety inspections to maintain a welcoming environment.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management is preferred.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence.
- Physically fit to perform store duties, including standing for extended periods.
