Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations to ensure store efficiency and peak performance.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service consistently.
- Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock takes.
- Execute visual merchandising standards to ensure the store remains attractive and organized.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
- Prepare daily sales reports and manage cash handling procedures with strict accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and store operational procedures.
- Assist in staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during peak shopping hours.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications (MS Office).
- High attention to detail, specifically in inventory management and store operations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
