Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow, high efficiency, and profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with the logistics team for timely replenishment.
- Ensure the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation are maintained at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and prepare accurate daily reports and cash deposits.
- Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the store, including security and facility checks.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant retail experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the retail or consumer products industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
