Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and workflow of the store to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of sales associates to achieve individual and store goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the central office for stock replenishment and allocation.
- Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment in line with brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze sales performance data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews to develop staff skills.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail supervision or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer proficiency.
