Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, coach, and develop the store team to ensure peak performance and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Execute visual merchandising strategies to maintain an appealing and organized store environment that drives conversions.
- Monitor sales targets and implement action plans to achieve and exceed store KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure stock replenishment is handled efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail software/Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
