Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and high standards of service.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals and KPIs.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform stock counts, and manage replenishment orders.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with management regarding scheduling, shift rotations, and attendance monitoring.
- Implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and drive sales growth.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Store Supervisor, Team Lead, or in a similar retail leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A proactive mindset with a customer-centric approach to business operations.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
