Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct cycle counts
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance product presentation
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend performance improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and retail standards
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- College degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years retail management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS technology
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic financial literacy and cash management skills
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention procedures
