Sun Battledore is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Store Supervisor to join our dynamic retail team at our SM Ecoland Davao location. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of retail associates, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, and driving sales performance to meet monthly targets. Your expertise in cashiering, inventory management, and customer service will be instrumental in creating a positive shopping environment that encourages customer loyalty and repeat business.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards
- Train, mentor, and evaluate retail staff to maximize team performance and productivity
- Manage cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and end-of-day reconciliation
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and shrinkage prevention initiatives
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to achieve revenue targets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation per brand guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory or leadership experience in retail or customer service
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office applications, and inventory management software
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
- Philippine experience in retail operations is an advantage
