Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to achieve sales targets and service excellence
- Implement store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive operational improvements
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with regional management on promotions, events, and product launches
- Conduct regular performance reviews and development planning for team members
- Maintain accurate financial records and inventory controls
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience with proven team leadership
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory systems, and visual merchandising

- Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale systems
