Your Role in Our Success:
As the Store Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind our store's daily triumphs. You will take ownership of the sales floor, mentor our team members, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Key Focus Areas:
- Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and store compliance.
- Customer Experience: Champion a customer-first culture, handling inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is impeccably presented, with displays that maximize sales and showcase our products perfectly.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counts to ensure product availability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team to achieve exceptional sales results and outstanding customer service.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and store security.
- Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and product merchandising in accordance with company guidelines.
- Drive customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager on KPIs and targets.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
- Maintain the store's visual aesthetics, ensuring promotions and displays are set up effectively.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or senior sales role.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, holidays, and shifts.
- Resident of or willing to be assigned in Makati City.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for retail.
