We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Private Advertiser, based at SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including managing staff, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining merchandising standards. You will work closely with the store manager to implement strategies that enhance customer experience and increase profitability.

- Manage and supervise day-to-day store operations at SM MOA location.
- Lead, motivate, and train store staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in setting sales goals, tracking performance, and implementing promotional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in retail or customer service industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, POS systems).
- Must be willing to work in Pasay City, specifically at SM Mall of Asia.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
