Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, merchandising, and visual presentation
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely product replenishment and promotional execution
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain brand reputation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience with proven sales leadership
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and POS operations
- Excellent interpersonal and team development skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software
- Passion for sports, fitness, or retail products preferred
