Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and service excellence
- Implement and maintain brand standards for product presentation and customer service
- Train staff on coffee brewing techniques, product knowledge, and operational procedures
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols
- Manage store resources including inventory, equipment maintenance, and cash handling
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed to ensure satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail supervision or team leadership (minimum 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of coffee products and beverage preparation methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with team members and customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak periods
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems and POS operations
- Problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
