As a Store Supervisor, you will be entrusted with the end-to-end management of branch operations. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can balance the strategic needs of marketing and inventory management with the daily realities of floor supervision. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Develop and implement effective in-store marketing and merchandising strategies to drive customer footfall and increase conversion rates.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and minimizing shrinkage through diligent asset protection.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving escalated concerns and fostering a customer-first store culture.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales performance, operational challenges, and team productivity for head office review.
- Collaborate with regional managers to plan and execute seasonal promotions and brand-specific campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in retail management, preferably in electronics, appliances, or a similar high-volume retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic retail inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, to support store operations.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to operational improvements.
- Must be willing to work within the Santa Rosa and Calamba area locations.
