Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily store operations including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct stock audits
- Implement visual merchandising standards to maximize product appeal and sales
- Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures
- Prepare daily sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Drive sales achievement through team coaching and promotional execution
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years retail experience with supervisory background
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS technology
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
