Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily store operations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure the store remains clean and organized.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and implement effective loss prevention measures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and local labor regulations.
- Prepare and analyze daily sales reports and operational expenses for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
