Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth workflow and high standards of customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with the procurement team for timely reorders.
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to improve individual performance and meet sales targets.
- Ensure the store layout is organized, clean, and visually appealing to attract and retain customers.
- Handle cash handling, process sales transactions accurately, and manage daily financial reports.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to maintain the company's brand reputation.
- Implement company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures strictly within the EPZA zone.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive sales goals.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Willingness to work within the EPZA Angeles, Pampanga area.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
