Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure exceptional customer service standards are met
- Manage and motivate a team of retail associates, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock audits
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product displays and attract customers
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and retail best practices
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in basic computer applications and retail management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business or related field is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
