Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed to maintain high service standards.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate store associates to achieve high performance and a cohesive team dynamic.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by actively greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Store Environment: Maintain a safe, organized, and clean store environment in strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage visual merchandising displays to optimize sales.
- Sales Performance: Track daily sales goals and implement effective strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related fields is preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management software.
- Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Attributes: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak sales periods.
