Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all retail activities
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance targets
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store appearance
- Analyze sales data and develop strategies to meet sales targets
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain operational standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail or supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail systems
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
