As a Store Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our branch, ensuring that our customers receive world-class service while driving operational efficiency and sales growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store personnel to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and execute visual merchandising plans.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complex service concerns to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate store performance metrics and generate detailed reports for management.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment for all customers.
- Coordinate with regional management regarding promotions, marketing displays, and inventory restocking.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within the Retail, Department Store, or Supermarket sector.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build a high-performing team.
- Proficient in retail management software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle pressure effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Must be willing to work in Tarlac City and adapt to a retail work schedule.
