Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
- Drive and monitor sales performance to ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds monthly targets.
- Implement local marketing, promotional campaigns, and merchandising strategies to attract customers.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate store staff, fostering a high-performance culture and strong team morale.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock audits to minimize shrinkage.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain sales floors up to standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports for regional management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a retail sales environment.
- Strong background in sales, marketing, and inventory control.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding branch-level sales targets.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, corresponding to retail hours.
- Familiarity with retail POS software and inventory systems.
