Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and supervise retail teams to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness and presentation
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and stock reconciliation
- Resolve customer inquiries and conflicts with professionalism and empathy
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure product availability
Kualifikasi
- College degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Customer service oriented with conflict resolution expertise
