Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store staff to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and execute regular physical inventory counts.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times to promote brand loyalty.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store aesthetics and product visibility.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Enforce store security protocols and safety measures to protect company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any Business-related course, Accountancy, Marketing, or Commerce.
- Proven professional experience in a supervisory or leadership role within Retail, Department Stores, or Supermarkets.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales metrics, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic retail point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible and willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Zambales.
