Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, stocking, and auditing merchandise.
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom, warehouse, and back-office areas to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely replenishment of products on the sales floor.
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting for damages.
  • Update the inventory management system accurately, tracking stock levels and movements.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory audits to minimize discrepancies.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and defective items following company protocols.
  • Provide administrative support to store management, including filing, data entry, and reporting.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in retail, warehousing, or inventory management (1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in Davao and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
