Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily store visits within Metro Cebu and surrounding areas to distribute and retrieve survey materials.
- Collect address cards from stores and ensure they are properly exchanged for completed client questionnaires.
- Accurately record and submit collected data and reports to the Field Operations Manager on a regular basis.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with store managers and staff to facilitate smooth data collection operations.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of all collected survey forms before submission to maintain data integrity.
- Adhere to strict timelines and project schedules to meet the company’s data requirements efficiently.
- Report any issues, discrepancies, or feedback encountered in the field to the supervisory team promptly.
- Represent X-GEN GROUP ELECTRONICS CORP. with the highest level of professionalism and integrity at all times.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an advantage but not required.
- Prior experience in field marketing, sales, data collection, or customer service is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English and the local dialect.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail to ensure error-free reporting.
- Must be willing to do field work and travel extensively within Cebu City and nearby locales.
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have a personal smartphone or tablet for data entry and communication purposes.
