Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming pharmaceutical supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the hospital management system in real-time.
- Ensure proper storage conditions, including temperature control and humidity management, for all pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Process stock requisitions, issue materials to authorized pharmacy staff, and manage returns.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to resolve any damaged or incorrect shipments promptly.
- Adhere strictly to hospital quality control protocols, safety regulations, and Good Storage Practices (GSP).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or 'O' Level qualification with relevant experience in warehouse or storekeeping.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical inventory management or healthcare operations is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform rigorous quality control checks.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software, database entry, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid Singapore work pass (if applicable) and willingness to undergo medical screening.
