Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against invoices and purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using manual and digital systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory integrity.
- Coordinate with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely ordering and dispatch of materials.
- Organize warehouse space efficiently to maximize storage capacity and ensure safety compliance.
- Prepare and process shipping documents and maintain a clean, safe storage environment.
- Assist in the disposal of obsolete or damaged stock according to company policy.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational High School (SMK) in relevant fields such as Logistics or Administration.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, stockkeeping, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting moderate loads in a warehouse setting.
