Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular stock counts
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions using inventory software
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock replenishment
- Ensure proper storage conditions and security protocols are followed
- Prepare monthly inventory reports and identify discrepancies
- Organize warehouse layout for optimal space utilization
- Train staff on inventory procedures and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1-2 years of inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift heavy items (up to 25kg)
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- Valid forklift operation certification preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
