As our Administration Assistant, you'll maintain property records, coordinate maintenance schedules, and serve as the primary liaison between property owners and management committees. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage strata scheme documentation including bylaws, minutes, and financial records
- Coordinate property maintenance schedules and contractor communications
- Process owner payments and maintain accurate financial ledgers
- Prepare agendas and materials for committee and general meetings
- Handle stakeholder inquiries and resolve property-related issues
- Ensure compliance with local strata legislation and regulations
- Generate monthly reports for committee review and distribution
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years' experience in strata or property administration
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of Philippine strata laws and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Certificate in Property Management or related field preferred
